These terms apply when you use Trinkets, made by Studio Mason in the UK. By signing in you agree to them, and to Apple’s standard licence terms for apps.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and must be 13 or older. Keep your Apple ID secure; you’re responsible for what’s published from your account.

What you publish

Your collages stay yours. By publishing one to Discover, you let us store it and show it to other people in Trinkets until you remove it or delete your account.

Only publish photos you took or have permission to share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

You must not publish anything that is sexual or nude, violent or gory, hateful or discriminatory, harassing or bullying, illegal, or that shares someone’s private information or someone else’s work without permission. Don’t impersonate others or spam.

We don’t tolerate objectionable content or abusive people. Anyone can report a collage or block an account from the ⋯ menu. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts of people who post it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Edit profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

The app

We work hard to keep Trinkets running, but it’s provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
